The first impression is everything, right?  From the attentiveness to how informative Rosa & Laura were.  I love their hospitality, and you can tell that they love what they do.  I went with my mother and my 13 year old daughter, and we all enjoyed our salt therapy.  It was amazingly relaxing.  I definitely recommend Salt+Sol.

Oh my goodness... I had no idea what this experience would be like, but the word AWESOME, doesn't seem to do it justice.  Me and my girlfriends did a 45-minute session in the Zen Den, and it was amazing!  The setup is extremely beautiful, relaxing and powerful.  The owners are more than informed, and gracious to their guests.  When I came out, my sinuses felt very clear, and I just felt very relaxed.  The gift shop is full of fun Zen-like and meditative items, Salt Lamps, beautiful jewelry, and other fun stuff for the Mind, Body and Spirit.  Totally worth the price, which I did not think was bad at all.  This place will for sure be on my rotation list of healthy fun stuff to do when I need a little pampering, or a fun night out with friends.  Rosa & Laura are lovely and have so much to offer with Salt+Sol.

I love this place.  Today I had a session with my granddaughter for her birthday.  We tried the Jade and Tourmaline heating pad as an add on!  It felt so wonderful!!  I also do Reiki so right away I felt my energy move immediately after laying on the pad.  I highly recommend it for a little extra.

They have an amazing room for family sessions! My son and I have played in their family room before and it helped him so much with his anxiety and his cold he was trying to get over.  He didn't want to leave when our session was over.  This last visit was just for mom and her friends, and it was wonderful!!  When I walk out of their salt rooms, I feel better than I do leaving a massage!

Absolutely LOVE the gem in Rockford!  The Halo Infrared Sauna is my go-to.  I leave feeling renewed and my body feels way less tense.  They have a great retail shop with lots of cute, original gifts too.  Great place to unwind and get the great benefits of salt therapy.

My mom and I went today and did a session the Salt Eden.  It was totally relaxing with the lights and sounds and the warm fuzzy blankets!  The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable!  We can't wait to go back!

This was a great experience! Took my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loved it, we both felt so relaxed afterwards! They also have some great essential oils that aren’t strong for our masks, it really does help if you struggle being claustrophobic. The service is as well the best Rosa and her niece made us feel so important!

Beautiful place, wonderful and relaxing experience! So great to be able to book a family session and bring my child with us. A wonderful place with wonderful people! Felt very mellow leaving and the salt rooms weren't only great for my sinuses and psoriasis, but for my anxiety too! I hear it's beneficial for joint pains as well so I'm hoping to join one of their many plans to come back regularly.
