What is Halotherapy (Salt Therapy)?

Halotherapy, also know as Salt Therapy is dry salt therapy that is provided in a man made environment, utilizing a halo-generator. The halo-generator grinds pharmaceutical grade salt (99.99% pure sodium chloride) into microscopic particles and disperses the salt into a room like a dust. Breathing in pure sodium chloride opens the air ways and increases lung capacity. Salt Therapy has amazing holistic benefits for respiratory care, skin conditions and emotional health.
